Client portal

Portal accounts are for current and prospective clients invited by the firm. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your login. Uploaded documents must be your own or ones you are permitted to share.

Payments

Payments through the portal are processed by a third-party processor. Advance fee deposits are held in the firm’s trust (IOLTA) account as required by RPC 1.15A until earned.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other accounts, or upload malicious files.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date you agreed to is recorded with your account.
